In the Maha Kumbh Mela, almost 10 crore people have visited the holy river meeting place called Triveni Sangam in just 11 days. Many people came to take a holy dip in the rivers Ganga, Yamuna, and Saraswati. On Thursday, more than 16 lakh people took a dip in the rivers. The authorities are getting ready for more people to come on January 29 for a special day called Mouni Amavasya.

Many People Expected at Maha Kumbh Mela

The government thinks more than 40 crore people will attend the Maha Kumbh Mela this year. One special person at the event is Rajpal Singh, also called 'Pahalwan Baba.' He helps the younger generation by teaching them how to stay healthy and strong. Rajpal Singh, who is 50 years old, can do 10,000 push-ups with one hand! He encourages young people to do even more.

Yogi Adityanath Joins the Kumbh Mela

Uttar Pradesh's Chief Minister, Yogi Adityanath, also visited the Maha Kumbh Mela. He took a holy bath at Triveni Sangam with other important leaders. The Chief Minister also announced that special bonds will be issued for three cities: Varanasi, Agra, and Prayagraj.
